All organisations need to present data from across their SuccessFactors modules in a meaningful way. Whether tailored to a boardroom presentation or managers laptop, reports need to pinpoint KPI’s and key data, to facilitate informed decisions. Report Centre has been the tool helping us achieve this since 2017.

It incorporates the report distributor tool which allows for scheduling and emailing of reports in PDF format and running reports offline.

Data filters can be applied. Report access can be restricted to individual users, or roles.

Transferring a completed report from one environment to another is allowed through an SAP standard Import/Export routine.

Types of Report

Canvas

Gather tables, tiles, images and text to create boardroom presentation-ready reports from your SuccessFactors Suite. Output to .pdf or .ppt supported.

Table

Designed to be a simple query on SuccessFactors modules output in a simple table. This can then easily be exported into a spreadsheet. Standard and Advanced reporting queries can be built depending on custom fields and drill levels required. Especially useful for data validation exercises and using as pivot table bases for Canvas and Story Reports.

Tile

Simple chart, pie or line-graph output with ‘drill to detail’ capabilities which can be embedded in
dashboards, canvas or story reports.

Dashboard

Collects multiple tiles to one screen for easy comparison of KPI’s in the same, or different, target areas.

Story

Introducing SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, enabled by SAP Analytics Cloud.
Combining the data from SuccessFactors and the reporting power of SAP Analytics Cloud. Story queries run against live SAP SuccessFactors transactional data and are included with your SAP SuccessFactors module license. Largely accepted as the future of reporting from SuccessFactors, a single user interface for all reports. Stories will eventually replace all other reporting types.

SAP supplies more than 30 templates which can serve as a basis for your own reports.
